Join a team of EDU Wellness speakers for three rounds of 20-minute sessions and a collaborative reflection. In these sessions, you will experience writing, breathwork and movement strategies to support selfcare and stress release. During the reflection we will share and swap ideas on how to bring these tools into the classroom or/and campus.
